You know those nights where you’re really struggling for dinner ideas? This usually doesn’t happen to me because we usually have a weekly meal plan and we almost always follow it. Brussels sprouts are my favorite vegetable. Hands down. My favorite. Have you tried them? I mean tried them lately? I’ve  been eating them for years and to be honest, I do not understand where they got such a bad reputation. I mean sure, steaming them might not be doing their reputation any favors. But there are other ways to cook them (or not) and I really think you’ll love them if you don’t already.

Anyhoo, back to the brussels sprout salad we made. We’ve been shredding up lots of brussels lately to make salads.
