So, now that we are a few days into 2014, are your resolutions made? What are they? I’d love to hear them.

I’m not really a huge fan of resolutions. Trust me, it is not that I couldn’t benefit from them. I certainly could, but the idea of creating a list isn’t something I’m big on. It gets hard to remember them all and stick to them!

Breakfast is something we are going to continue to work on around here. I’m usually pretty good about eating breakfast and Ben has recently hopped on the breakfast bandwagon. Thank goodness! He’s been on and off about breakfast for years and has finally found something that even he can manage to grab on the way out the door, though he definitely likes it better when I make it for him. I mean, really?! Scoop granola, scoop yogurt. And you’re done. Whatever…I’m not complaining. I’m just so happy that he finally got on board with breakfast. We all know it is the most important meal of the day. I don’t know about you, but I can definitely tell a difference in my eating habits throughout the day if I skip breakfast.
